Food from Fife is pleased to share details of the THRIVE 2025 programme – a comprehensive training offer designed to equip Scottish food and drink entrepreneurs with the skills, insights, and confidence to grow and succeed.
Delivered by SAC Consulting, part of SRUC, and Queen Margaret University’s Scottish Centre for Food Development and Innovation, THRIVE brings together expert-led, practical training for businesses at every stage – from start-ups to established SMEs, and even larger companies looking to upskill their teams.
New for 2025, the programme has been expanded to include THRIVE+ – a series of focused, industry-specific sessions this autumn. These deep-dive workshops cover key topics such as sustainable marketing, advanced packaging strategies, legislation and labelling, manufacturing, pitching, and more.
